From Bath:

Take the A36 out of Bath. At the traffic lights at Monkton Combe Viaduct turn left towards Winsley and Bradford on Avon and then immediately left again towards the Bath & Dundas Canal Visitor Centre. Follow this track for half a mile past the school playing fields and at the end turn left down a hill and into the car park for Monkton Combe Mill.

From Frome:

Travelling on the A36 towards Bath, turn right at the Monkton Combe Viaduct traffic lights and then immediately left towards the Bath & Dundas Canal Visitor Centre. Follow this track for half a mile past the school playing fields and at the end turn left down a hill and into the car park for Monkton Combe Mill.
